PASSPORT DESTINATION: DC is an exploratory video series that covers the purpose and impact of design and culture through the eyes of local creators in Washington, D.C. The series aims to give participants an in-depth look at Washington, D.C.’s unique design culture through an engaging multimedia experience. There will be various forms of media to captivate participants and deepen the connection between the documentary and viewers.
Through this innovative form of cultural tourism, viewers of this series get a chance to understand how the roles of design and culture both impact, and become a part of, the lives of Washington D.C.’s inhabitants - as seen through the eyes of some of today’s most influential artists, architects, clothing designers and curators of art.
