Some call it Chi Town; some, The Windy City, I call it my favorite summer get away. I love Chicago! As most of you may know I love to travel whether on business or vacation. Recently, I took a trip to the beautiful Chicago for a few days and it’s safe to say that Chicago is one of my favorite cities…only in the summer lol. Even though the winters are harsh the summers are beautiful. During my stay I was quite busy so I couldn’t visit all the places I wanted. However, I did see get to visit some pretty nice festivals. Briefly I passed through the Jazz Fest which Esperanza Spalding hosted last year. In addition to my festival visiting, I visited the annual African Festival which was packed, and I ended up spending hours there enjoying live music, food and other festivities.
