“No one realizes how beautiful it is to travel until he comes home and rests his head on his old, familiar pillow.” – Lin Yutang
This quote speaks to me in so many ways! Berlin, Germany is one of the most beautiful places I’ve visited overseas. During my stay I had the opportunity not only to speak to filmmakers at JFK Platz but I also had the opportunity to explore the city and gain a deeper understanding of Berlin’s history. As I explored and navigated through the city I had a chance to visit different cultural parts of Berlin. One of the places that stood out to me the most was the fashion/shopping district in East Berlin. By visiting a few stores in the district I was able to get a first hand view of the latest fashions in Berlin. If you’re ever in Berlin you should stop by these places or just attend the Berlin Fashion Week
This is where I started my journey in East Berlin

Throughout the course of the day I spend hours looking at artistic inspiration. As a result of viewing these I’m able to improve my art. These are a few graphic inspirations that I found online. Enjoy!
It’s funny to see Lil Wayne participating in my favorite sports.

For a few months I’ve been debating on purchasing a new camera for myself. After long hours of research I ended up purchasing the Canon T3i because of it swivel out LCD monitor, EF-S Mount and other features. The LCD monitor allows me to capture low and high angles which are beneficial on video and photo shoots. Since the camera has a EF-S Mount it has the capability to attach a variety of Canon lenses. On the other hand, a major draw back on the T3i is it’s audio. I’m looking at investing into a Roland R-44 or H4N to improve the audio.
In addition to the purchasing the camera I purchased a DSLR backpack. After a few hours of searching for a backpack I stumbled across a youtube video of the Paparazzi Bag designed by the Hundreds. After I saw the video I was sold.
